Please help, I accidentally touched an unknown object (bad start to April 1))

Help me AOD, you are my only hope!

I opened a strange box, containing an object that I have never seen or known about before, but once I touched it, I got a strange residue on my hands. I don't know what to do now, or how to get it off. I'm getting really scared here; what if my hand falls off or something?

In looking at the box, the item appear to be something known as "soap", but no instructions or warnings are provided, giving information on what to do if it comes in contact with your skin
