    Default Anyone else getting repeated error message?

    Disk read/write error. Would you like to try again?
    D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\War Tunder\ui\sides.vromfs.bin

    (that's my typing it by hand, the window that pops up won't let me cut/paste)

    I have rebooted my PC trying to get this to load, but no go. Near as I can tell, it stops the same place each time, and I've run checkdisk on the hard drive which comes back fine. It's only 1/3 full.

    my steam client updated itself about 8 times today i dont play wt via steam lol....

    Check disk doesn't check for bad sectors, only problems with the file system. That sounds like symptoms of a bad sector/failing drive to me. It's been so long since I've dealt with that issue I'm not even sure what programs are out there to help diagnose this any further.

    I had the same issue and just kept asking it to try again, worked 3rd time
