Got anything more specific for us? Like what kind of graphics card you have, if you updated its driver recently , what OS you're running, does it do it in all your games, what the specific error message is, is it a blue screen, etc.

    It's what I do.

I miss you guys too, but I'm sure you'll be okay.

As for this thread... If you have an ATI card and applied one of the recent ATI patches (and by recent I mean since post-August 2010), then there's a thread on the MB2 forums that explains how to install a local ATI fix to the MB2 folder. It worked for my build.

its the normal integrated chipset family or whatever that comes with the Dell Inspiron 15. It doesnt crash as much anymore since i cleaned my registry and stopped some programs from running. It still happens though.

Inspiron 15's come with either integrated Intel graphics or integrated ATI HD 4000+ series graphics. Either sound familiar? What it could be is your windows updates may have installed a new driver for it. Driver's tend to be bad at cleaning out previous drivers, which is why cleaning your registry helped. If you can find out what chipset graphics you have (which you can do easily by right clicking my computer, hitting manage, and bringing down the Display Adapters tab), you might be able to uninstall it and all the previous versions of it and install a fresh driver over it. I use a program called Revo Uninstaller to uninstall things like that. The default uninstaller that comes with the program and windows isn't good enough. I would only do this if you have the ATI mobility graphics. Uninstalling the intel chipset driver probably won't screw you over, but it's not necessarily the best idea because it might have other chipset information associated with it (but normally it will not).

Also, if you do have an integrated Intel chipset, then I congratulate you on playing MB2 on it. Your computer is one bamf.

Otherwise, if you're content with it, then leave it xD

Try Windows 7's auto driver update feature if you are having problems with Windows 7.

It solved quite a lot of my problems back in the day.
