Reminds me of a post I made about farming Lions but couldn't find it, must have piggy back off of some else's post. I need Lions bad, earned my ME 163 last night and could not afford to buy it.

Here's a sort of on topic question. Like you I have amassed zillions of "Convertible Research Points" and Lions. The "Convertible Research Points" seem to be completely worthless unless you spend real cash (Golden Eagles) to convert them. Am I missing something??? or is their only value to facilitate accelerating research that I willing to pay money to perform???

I was afraid of that. It's really too bad you can't use Silver Lions to convert the CRP. Logically since they sell Silver lions in the store, I don't see why if you need X Golden Eagles to convert CRP and accelerate research on a plane and they sell Y Silver Lions for X Golden Eagles in the store, then you should be able to do the same research acceleration by spending Y Silver Lions you've already earned.

Yeah English logic and Russian DEV logic seem to be two separate things, lol.

However there is a "Moderated Suggestions" area on the WT forums, maybe make your case to them there and they will consider it. For now the only use of the "covertible Free RP" is for accelerated research with GE.

It has been mentioned in WT forums many times before, and the conversion price gets a lot of flack from the WT players as well, Gaijin's response seems to be "convertible RP with GE is more intended for , "finishing research" on something when it is almost complete, for example converting that last 10000 RP on a new jet instead of having to play 5-10 more games. etc etc

Me and Pagan both shared this experience last night when he made 92k ish and I made 83K SL sharing the ground targets on rank 2 match "Paradise Island" (Guam) last night..


more money! more money! more money!

Rice terrace and Paradise seem to be the easiest maps to get big SL with low, fast,ACCURATE bombing of Heavy tanks and Pillboxes.
