Best vacation ever.

My family and I went on a trip. We left home on the 5th of September. 2 or 3 days later there was an evacuation order for our Home / neighborhood.

Now before i continue, I live in Mesa, AZ. Which just got 4+ inches of rain, our yearly total, in less than 8 hours. This happened on the 8th. A day before my 29th Birthday.

This is my neighborhood. We've lost the majority of our possessions.

I saw this on the news, it's insane! Glad you and your family are safe, sorry to hear about your stuff. I think we're getting 3+ inches of rain tonight, but I live on top of a hill, so no risk of flooding...plus I drive a Jeep Wrangler.
